Questions fréquentes

Retrouvez les réponses aux questions les plus courantes avant votre achat.

Is the First Iron Systems Shaker noir 500ml leak-proof and suitable for carrying in a gym bag?

Yes, the First Iron Systems 500ml shaker is designed to be leak-proof with a secure-closing lid and a silicone O-ring. To ensure leak-proofing during transport: screw the lid on fully (the last quarter turn is often overlooked) and check that the spout is properly closed. Do not fill beyond 400 ml to leave room when shaking. Compatible with all First Iron Systems supplements: ICO whey, pre-workouts, BCAAs, creatine.

Is the FIS 500ml shaker compatible with high-calorie gainers at high powder doses?

For high-dose gainers (80–150 g of powder), the 500 ml format is limited since these powders require at least 400–600 ml of liquid for proper dissolution. For Iron Max 2800g or Iron Works 2200g, prefer a 1 L shaker or a blender. The FIS 500ml shaker is ideal for: ICO whey (30 g in 200–300 ml), ICO MAX NITRO pre-workouts (in 250–300 ml), ICO BCAA (10 g in 300–400 ml), CREATMAX creatine (5 g in 200 ml). For occasional gainers: mix in two batches.

How do you clean and maintain the First Iron Systems Shaker noir 500ml to avoid bad odors?

Rinse immediately after each use with cold water — hot water sets protein residue. Wash in the dishwasher (top rack only) or by hand with dish soap. Disassemble all parts for a thorough clean. For persistent odors: baking soda + hot water, let sit for 15 min, rinse thoroughly. Always store with the lid open to allow drying and prevent mold.

Is the First Iron Systems 500ml shaker BPA-free and compliant with European food standards?

Yes, the FIS shaker is made of BPA-free (Bisphenol A) plastic, compliant with European regulations on materials in contact with food (EC Regulation 10/2011). The Tritan or PP5 plastic used is safe for daily use with all types of food liquids, including acidic preparations such as citrus-flavored BCAAs.

Is this shaker sold exclusively for First Iron Systems products, or can it be used with other brands?

The First Iron Systems 500ml shaker is a versatile accessory usable with all powdered supplements, regardless of brand. Its 500 ml capacity covers most everyday sports uses. Available on Force Addict Pro, it can accompany the entire catalog: proteins, light gainers, pre-workouts, BCAAs, creatines. Its black color matches any gym equipment.
