Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Force Addict Pro, www.forceaddictpro.fr) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice, where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

We may defer reimbursement until we have recovered the goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Product return

You must send back or return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

To the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
To the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
To the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery
To the supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items
To the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery

This right of withdrawal complies with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
