🔄 Our Special Return Policy

At Force Addict Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your needs, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to make a return.

After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Eligibility Conditions

• The item must be new, unused, and unopened
• It must be returned in its original, intact packaging
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

❌ Some products are not eligible for return (opened products, hygiene products, special offers, etc.). Please do not return your items directly to the manufacturer.

💳 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Item used, opened, or not returned in its original condition
• Product damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to Force Addict Pro
• Return made more than 14 days after the delivery date

✅ Refund Process

Once the return has been received and inspected, you will be informed by email of the receipt of the package and our decision regarding the refund.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
