Questions fréquentes

Retrouvez les réponses aux questions les plus courantes avant votre achat.

Is the Shaker PRO 600ml Gold different from the other colors in terms of quality?

No, the Shaker PRO 600ml Gold is functionally identical to the other colors. The gold color gives it a visually premium look, popular as a gift for passionate athletes. Same BPA-free plastic, same anti-clump system, same leak-proofness. An excellent choice for athletes who want to stand out at the gym.

How do you properly prepare your whey in a 600ml shaker without lumps?

Pour in 200-300ml of cold water first, add the powder on top, then top up with the remaining liquid. Close and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. The grid breaks up lumps. For an even smoother texture, use a blender or shake with ice cubes.

Is the Gold shaker suitable for BCAA, EAA, and pre-workouts in addition to whey?

Yes, the Shaker PRO 600ml is suitable for all soluble powders: whey, BCAA, EAA, creatine, pre-workouts. Its capacity leaves enough room to shake without overflowing. For drinks to be sipped slowly during training, fill to a maximum of 400-500ml.

How long does a quality shaker last with daily use?

A quality shaker made of BPA-free Tritan or PP5 generally lasts 2-3 years with daily use and proper care. The first signs of wear are yellowing (from exposure to colored liquids) or warping of the graduations. The lid may gradually lose its seal. Replace it if leak-proofness is no longer guaranteed.

Can you put the Shaker PRO 600ml in the refrigerator after preparation?

Yes, the shaker can be stored in the refrigerator after preparation, for a maximum of 24 hours for whey and protein (after that, bacteria develop). For BCAA and pre-workouts, consume within 4-6 hours. Do not freeze the shaker with liquid contents.
