Questions fréquentes

Retrouvez les réponses aux questions les plus courantes avant votre achat.

Is the Nutristine Shaker 500ml reserved for Nutristine supplements, or is it versatile?

The Nutristine Shaker 500ml is a universal accessory compatible with all powdered supplements, regardless of brand: whey, BCAAs, creatine, pre-workouts, light gainers. The 500 ml capacity is the most versatile for most everyday uses (1–2 scoops of protein in 200–300 ml). Its mixing system (ball or mesh) ensures homogeneous powder dissolution. Available on Force Addict Pro as a complementary accessory to any supplement order.

How do you properly maintain the Nutristine Shaker 500ml, and how long does it last with daily use?

A quality BPA-free shaker generally lasts 2 to 3 years with daily use and proper care. Golden rule: rinse immediately after use with cold water to prevent protein residue from drying and sticking. Wash in the dishwasher (top rack) or by hand. Disassemble all parts for complete drying, leaving the lid open. For BCAA or pre-workout dye stains: a few drops of white vinegar + water, shake, rinse.

Is the Nutristine Shaker compatible with hot protein drinks, or only cold preparations?

Plastic shakers are not designed for very hot drinks (above 60°C). For lukewarm preparations (40–50°C), most BPA-free plastics hold up well. For hot protein drinks in winter, prefer a stainless steel shaker or bottle. The Nutristine Shaker is ideally designed for room-temperature or cool preparations — optimal conditions for powder dissolution and preserving whey's biological properties.

What shaker capacity should you choose for different types of sports supplements?

500 ml is the standard capacity for: standard whey (1–2 scoops in 200–350 ml), pre-workouts (10–15 g in 250–300 ml), BCAAs and EAAs (sipped during training in 400 ml), creatine (5 g in 200 ml). For high-dose gainers (100 g+ of powder), plan for at least an 800 ml–1 L format. General rule: do not fill more than 80% of the total volume before shaking to avoid spills. The 500 ml size covers 90% of daily gym needs.

Can you prepare your whey shaker in advance and store it in the refrigerator before a session?

Yes, a whey shake prepared in water can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in a tightly closed shaker. Consume within 2 hours at room temperature. In milk, limit to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Creatine prepared in an acidic liquid can degrade into creatinine within 24 hours — prepare it just before intake. Pre-workouts keep for a maximum of 4–6 hours. Avoid freezing the shaker with liquid content.
